Why Cash-Only Is Common in Weed Delivery
Many weed delivery services operate cash-only because of federal banking restrictions. Cannabis is still illegal at the federal level, so banks often refuse to process transactions for dispensaries. This forces many businesses to rely on cash to avoid legal and financial complications.
However, the industry is evolving. Many licensed dispensaries now use payment processors that work with state-legal cannabis, allowing customers to pay by card. At Garden of Eden, we've partnered with a compliant payment system so you can pay online without cash.
If you're concerned about carrying cash, look for services that offer prepaid online ordering. It's safer and more convenient.
